Rimjhim Ray

Rimjhim Ray is an operations professional with over 10 years of industry experience. They graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, and hold a Master of Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Rimjhim began their career at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, later joining Cairn India as a participant in the Management Leadership Development Program. They have held various leadership roles in operations at Cairn and joined Shell in 2019, where they currently serve as the Order to Delivery Manager, leading initiatives in supply chain planning and operational excellence.
