Rob Culp is currently the R&D Team Leader for FCC at Shell, a position they have held since 2012. Prior to this role, Rob gained extensive experience at Shell in various capacities, including Catalyst Product Manager and Senior FCC R&D Technologist, after working as an R&D Chemist at Eastman Chemical Company from 1996 to 1999. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin.
