Rob Maxwell

Rob Maxwell is the Executive Vice President and Country Chair at Shell Qatar, leading operations for one of the world's largest gas-to-liquids facilities while overseeing a team of over 1,500 professionals. Previously, Rob held various roles at BG Group, including Production Team Lead and Business Advisor to the Chief Executive, contributing significantly to the company’s operations and strategic initiatives. Rob also served as the General Manager for Shell's upstream business in the UK and as an Upstream Asset Manager at QGC, where they managed extensive production operations. Rob earned a First Class degree from the University of Bath, laying a strong foundation for a distinguished career in the energy sector.
