Rob McAlister is currently the GM of Contracts & Procurement - Deepwater & Arctic at Shell, a position they have held since 2013. Previously, Rob worked at Shell in various roles, including Global Category Manager for Well Services and Sr. Drilling Engineer (Deepwater). Before their extensive tenure at Shell, Rob gained experience as a Wellsite Drilling Engineer at Santa Fe Drilling in 1995. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1995.
