Robbert Kroes

Robbert Kroes is a dedicated and highly motivated D&R Operations Manager for NAM's Onshore Portfolio, where they oversee the execution of an extensive decommissioning and restoration program across the Netherlands. Previously, Robbert held various roles at Shell, including Production Technologist and Centre of Expertise Lead for Causal Learning. They began their professional journey with an internship at Statoil and have since developed a strong background in engineering and management. Robbert earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Twente University, enhancing their strategic planning and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
