Robbie Armfield is an accomplished legal counsel with expertise in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and environmental law. Previously, Robbie served as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Legal & Privacy Officer at CNOOC International, where they managed complex legal matters and provided strategic guidance to executive leadership. With extensive experience in government and stakeholder relations, Robbie's focus has included energy policy, ESG initiatives, and risk management. Robbie also held positions as a Senior Legal Counsel at CNOOC and as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where they gained substantial insights into corporate governance and securities law. Robbie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science, both from the University of Alberta.
