Roberta Galvão

Roberta Galvão is a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on the oil and gas industry, having worked since 2007. They have extensive experience in Subsea Engineering, leading design, construction, installation, commissioning, and offshore intervention activities for 13 years. Previously, they held various roles at Shell, managing strategic subsea contracts and integrating multi-disciplinary teams. In addition, Roberta has developed contract management skills and is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2007.
