Robin Bryden is currently the General Manager of Personal Safety and GM SEAM Supply Chain at Shell and has been a member of the Board at Stichting Tripod Foundation since 2013. They previously held various leadership roles at Shell, where they co-developed and implemented award-winning safety programs and provided HSE consultancy support globally. From 2008 to 2013, Robin served as Safety Manager at Sakhalin Energy, achieving top quartile safety performance in a challenging environment. They obtained a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, where they also coached Ph.D. students. Additionally, Robin is a partner at Invermill Farm Caravan Park, which offers a tranquil retreat in Scotland.
