Robin Phillips

Robin Phillips is a Senior Legal Counsel at Shell, specializing in acquisitions, divestitures, and new business development. Previously, Robin served as Senior Counsel for Shell Midstream, focusing on capital markets, M&A, and corporate governance. They have extensive experience gained from positions at BMC Software, Norton Rose Fulbright, and as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals. Robin holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Alabama.
