Roman Kiwakyou

Roman Kiwakyou is an experienced professional in climate technology and sustainable innovation, currently serving as Principal at Shell Ventures since October 2019, where responsibilities include serving as Board Director/Observer for several companies such as AiDash, Aurora Hydrogen, Cartken, Verdagy, and Ionomr. Prior to this role, Roman held significant positions at SVB Financial Group as Vice President of the Energy & Resource Innovation Group, and at Hercules Capital, Inc. as Senior Associate in the Sustainable & Renewable Technologies Group. Earlier career experience includes roles in corporate finance at Infinera and the Technology Banking Group at Bridge Bank. Roman possesses an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BS in Finance with Honors from San Jose State University.
