Romana Selleske has accumulated diverse experience in public policy and advocacy within the context of European development and infrastructure. They worked as a Senior Policy & Advocacy Advisor at Shell in 2023 and previously held various roles, including Referentin für Europäische Raumentwicklungspolitik und territorialen Zusammenhalt at the Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur from 2015 to 2018. Their early career included positions as a Projektassistentin at the Initiative Wohnungswirtschaft Osteuropa (IWO) e.V. and as a trainee at the Europäisches Parlament's information office in Germany.
