Ronald Adams

Ronald Adams is a senior energy sector executive with over three decades of experience spanning the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the industry. They have held leadership roles across Trinidad and Tobago and North America, including serving as the first national Chief Executive Officer at Atlantic LNG. Currently, as the Managing Director at Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company, Adams leverages their extensive background in operations and engineering to drive corporate strategies. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and an MBA specializing in Strategic Planning from Herriot-Watt University, and are recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus. Adams is actively involved in various boards, including the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago and the United Way of Trinidad and Tobago.
