Roxan Robinson Kraft is the General Manager of Manufacturing Strategy Development at Shell Oil Company, where they focus on the safe success of manufacturing sites globally. With over twenty-five years of refinery experience, Roxan has held various leadership roles, including Production Manager at a complex refinery and General Manager at Shell Chemicals Geismar Plant. They have a strong track record in developing and implementing refining strategies, improving operational reliability, and leading significant projects, including the startup of an ultra low sulfur diesel project. Roxan holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Western Washington University.
