They have a proven track record of achieving top-quartile performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving substantial cost reductions. Previously, Roxana held roles such as General Manager of the Gorgon Venture for Shell Australia, where they successfully enhanced process safety and reduced operating costs significantly.
