Ruel Ramirez is a seasoned global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional with over two decades of experience in learning and development. They have held significant roles at major organizations, including a training manager at [24]7 and global learning and development manager at Shell, where they led diverse teams to enhance organizational capability. Currently, Ruel serves as the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Excellence Advisor at Shell, continuing their commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces. Ruel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Human Resources Development from San Beda University and completed the Basic Management Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
