Russell Bayham, Jr., PE, currently serves as the Environmental Team Lead at Shell Norco. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Environmental Engineer in Refining East and held various positions at Ramboll, including Senior Consultant and Associate between 2014 and 2022. Russell began their career in hospitality, working as a bartender and manager at Mike Anderson's Seafood and Boutin's Restaurant from 2005 to 2014. They also led a team in the IEE/WERC International Environmental Design Competition, representing Louisiana State University in 2014. Russell is pursuing their education in Environmental Engineering at a technical college and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Louisiana State University.
