Ryan Manthiri is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and innovation. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2008, Ryan began a career at PDNA Consulting Engineers as an Engineer in Training. Subsequently, Ryan worked at Nestlé as a Project Engineer in Manufacturing from 2010 to 2013, followed by a role as a Senior Project Engineer in Automotive at Shell South Africa until 2017. In 2018, Ryan transitioned to Shell Energy as a Project Engineer focusing on Innovation and currently serves as the R&D Engineer and Special Projects Lead in the UK since 2020.
