Saara Jokela

Saara Jokela is a legal and project consultant with diverse experience in stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. As a Project Consultant at TRANSFER.LC, Saara managed client relations and organized trade missions to promote international market expansion. Previous experience includes a role as a Legal Intern at Nordic Circular Hotspot, where Saara focused on content creation and regulatory analysis related to the circular economy. At Shell, Saara held multiple positions including External Affairs Lead and Commercial Advisor, where responsibilities included drafting contracts for low carbon fuel trades, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Saara is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Vienna, following a Bachelor of Laws from The Hague University and a Professional Certificate in U.S. Intellectual Property Law from Stanford University.
