Sahil Mahaldar

Sahil Mahaldar is a seasoned professional in the petroleum and technology sectors with extensive experience in subsurface engineering and investment. Currently serving as Subsurface Lead for Offshore Well Abandonment and Petrophysics & CCUS Assurance at Shell, Sahil has led multi-disciplinary teams to develop strategic solutions in complex offshore environments. As a Founding Partner at Dream Green Capital Venture, Sahil supports innovative ideas across various technology sectors, including agritech and climatetech. Sahil's investment roles with companies such as Enerjazz and eekifoods focus on sustainable technologies and healthy living initiatives. Previous experience includes significant roles at Petroleum Development Oman and Shell Australia, showcasing a strong background in digital transformation, project leadership, and petrophysical assurance. Sahil holds an MBA in Finance from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin.
