Sahima Datta

Sahima Datta is a Global Security Program Manager at Shell Plc, where they are responsible for implementing the Shell Integrated Security Platform across various geographies. Previously, Sahima served as the Country Security Manager for Shell India, overseeing security risk management in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Their extensive experience includes over 20 years with the Central Industrial Security Force, culminating in the role of Sr. Commandant, as well as a position as a United Nations Civilian Police Officer in Kosovo. Sahima also worked with Cairn India Ltd in roles focused on security and corporate social responsibility, and led security initiatives for major events as Event Head at Procam International.
