Sam Hill is an experienced professional in project management and hydrology, with a career spanning from 2006 to the present. Beginning as a Community Water Sanitation and Supply Project member at East, Sam progressed to roles such as Project Water Resource Engineer at JF & P Consulting Engineers and Project Manager/Hydrologist at HCE Engineers and Golder Associates.
