Samiksha Nirmohi is a Senior Seismic Interpretation Workflow Consultant at Shell, where they focus on maximizing hydrocarbon exploration and mentoring emerging talent. With a Master’s degree in Geology from Panjab University and extensive experience in geophysics, Samiksha has played a pivotal role in innovative seismic interpretation projects, particularly in Trinidad & Tobago's Dolphin field. Their expertise in subsurface interpretation and leadership in complex technical environments is complemented by their certification as a SAFe® Product Owner/Manager, enabling cross-disciplinary collaboration in geosciences. Prior to Shell, Samiksha held positions at Schlumberger and the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, contributing significantly to various high-stakes projects.
