Sarah Sadler-Smith

Global Network Decarbonisation Manager

Sarah Sadler-Smith is currently the Global Network Decarbonisation Manager at Shell, where they are responsible for planning commercial pathways to achieve net-zero emissions across all scopes. Previously, Sarah completed an undergraduate placement at GMAP Consulting, mapping micro-generation energy hotspots, and held various roles at Asda focusing on market evaluation and small format development. Sarah has also volunteered as a Geography Ambassador with the Royal Geographical Society, inspiring students to appreciate the discipline, and recently served as Chair of Governors at Churston Ferrers Grammar School. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Leeds and completed a Management Master's at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
