Sasha Melnik possesses extensive experience in carbon trading and energy markets, having held significant positions at Shell, including roles in Voluntary Origination & Deal Structuring and as an Investment Principal for the Global Carbon Trading sector. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Gas Originator in European Gas Trading and managerial positions at Kearney. Sasha Melnik also contributed as a Program Development Lead at CLEAResult and served as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy at Direct Energy (Centrica PLC) within the Leadership Development Program.
