Saskia Boeve, MSc, MBA, is a senior executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as GM Hydrogen at Shell. In this role, they lead innovative hydrogen initiatives and have successfully transformed Shell's Mobility business into a cash-positive operation within 18 months. Previously, Saskia held various leadership positions at Shell, including Head of Operations for BeNeLux and France and General Manager of Aviation Lubricants. They are also a member of SER Topvrouwen, a network of board-ready professionals. Saskia holds an Executive MBA from IMD and a Master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University.
