Sean Dolan is the Discipline Manager of Petrophysics & Geomechanics for Conventional Oil & Gas and LNG-CCUS assets at Shell. With extensive international experience, Sean has worked in various geological and operational settings across Kuwait, Russia, the United States, Oman, Malaysia, and The Netherlands. They joined Shell International E&P bv in 1997 after earning a PhD in Geophysics from University College Dublin, and have since held significant roles, including Senior Petrophysicist at Petroleum Development Oman and Discipline Head at Sakhalin Energy. Their expertise spans R&D, field development, and project assurance within petrophysical engineering.
