Sebastian Łasiński is an experienced Franchise Director with a robust background in sales and operational management. They began their career at Philip Morris International, where they held various positions from Sales & System Analyst to Regional Key Account Supervisor between 2005 and 2006. Subsequently, at Shell, they served as District Manager, Territory Manager, and PL Franchise Director from 2019 to 2021, overseeing operational management and retail strategy across a vast network of petrol sites. Sebastian holds a Master's degree from Politechnika Koszalińska, where they completed their studies in 2006, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution earned in 1998.
