Sesha Latha Manda

Sesha Latha Manda is currently the Transformation Excellence Lead at Shell, where they focus on fostering innovation and efficiency through Lean Six Sigma principles. With a commitment to operational excellence, Sesha has over four and a half years of experience in leading transformative projects and mentoring colleagues. Previously, Sesha held various positions, including Management Trainee at Genpact and Deputy Manager at Atos India Pvt Ltd. They have also contributed to women’s networks and promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Sesha continues to pursue education at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
