Shaela Collins

Shaela Collins is a Senior Power Policy Adviser in U.S. Corporate Relations at Shell, where they currently work. They previously held various roles, including Manager of Regulatory Policy at Eversource Energy and Senior Counsel, Regulatory at NiSource. With a background as Counsel at Rich May, P.C. and a Hearing Officer at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, they have extensive experience in regulatory policy. Shaela also served as Director of Regulatory Policy at Columbia Gas of Massachusetts. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at the College of the Holy Cross and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, at Suffolk University Law School.
