Shailesh Desai

Shailesh Desai is an experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering and maintenance, currently serving as an Area Rotating Equipment Planner at Shell since November 2019. Prior to this role, Shailesh held positions at Canadian Natural Resources Limited as a Mechanical Planner for Rotating Equipment and at Suncor Energy as a Rotating Equipment Reliability Specialist and Maintenance and Outage Planner. Shailesh began the career at Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals, progressing from Senior Maintenance Technician to Senior Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities included maintenance of an ammonia-methanol plant. Shailesh holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Millwright Red Seal Certificate from George Brown College.
