Shalini Mani

Shalini Mani is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and safety, currently serving as Senior Team Lead - Reliability Rotating and Safety & Health Officer at Shell since November 2014, with responsibilities at the Offshore Sabah, Malikai TLP Platform, and various roles in operations engineering at multiple platforms including Sarawak Waters and Gumusut Kakap. Prior to this, Shalini worked as a Design & Application Engineer at Sigma Water Engineering Sdn Bhd from September 2013 to October 2014 and gained initial experience as a Chemical Engineering Trainee at Doshin Rubber Products (M) Sdn Bhd in mid-2012. Shalini holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah, earned in 2013.
