Shamreen Sathar is a Chief Project & People Officer with over 16 years of experience in the U.A.E and GCC, specializing in performance, innovation, compliance, and risk management. Currently, Shamreen leads projects and compliance for Shell in the MENA region, focusing on improving production capacity and overseeing operational excellence. Previously, they held positions at Halliburton, Sobha, and Shell, where they developed technical skills in project management, engineering, and compliance. Shamreen's academic pursuits include a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership with a focus on AI and Data Science, expected to complete in 2025.
