Shaun Reddy

Shaun Reddy possesses extensive experience in business development and engineering management, having served in key roles at Shell from April 2018 to September 2022, including Business Development Manager for Inorganic Growth in Canada, North America, and Latin America, where responsibilities encompassed leading growth initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships. Additionally, Shaun managed engineering operations as Regional Engineering Manager for the Americas and coordinated projects as Engineering/Project Manager. Prior to Shell, Shaun held the position of Maintenance Manager at Afrox and Maintenance Engineer at Toyota Manufacturing South Africa - Hesto. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at California Southern University, with additional education from Michigan State University, Shaun Reddy combines technical expertise and strategic insight to drive operational excellence.
