Shazmi Ali

Shazmi Ali serves as the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Shell Business Operations since November 2018, with prior roles including Vice President HR for Malaysia and Country HR Director. Before joining Shell, Shazmi Ali worked at Pfizer from July 2013 to November 2018 as the Cluster Lead for Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Brunei, overseeing the Human Resource function for Pfizer Malaysia. Earlier experiences include Regional HR Leader for Asia at CAE, Human Resource Client Consultant at ExxonMobil, and Head of HR Development at SCAN Associates Bhd. Shazmi Ali holds a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University and a Bachelor in Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
