Shefin Sam

Shefin Sam is a business strategy and operations professional with an MBA and extensive experience in the energy and automotive industries. They began their career as a Summer Intern at BILT Middle East in 2009 and held various engineering roles at Ford Motor Company, where they developed innovative solutions and led supply chain initiatives. Shefin has also worked as an MBA Consultant at BASF and Vocalink, and currently serves as the Business Manager for Ethylene Europe at Shell. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
