Shendbart Ilia has accumulated a diverse range of experience in contracting, procurement, and project coordination. Beginning with an internship at CREDINS BANK in 2014, Shendbart later served as Project Coordinator for the Assomac Project at ICE-Agenzia Tirana, demonstrating skills in project management and communication. From 2015 to 2017, experience as a Logistics Coordinator at British American Tobacco focused on optimizing logistics processes for the Albanian Cluster. Since 2022, Shendbart has held several roles at Shell, including Contracting & Procurement Lead for Onshore Renewable Energies Europe and Contract Specialist at Shell Upstream Albania B.V., showcasing expertise in procurement and logistics within the energy sector. Shendbart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Epoka University (2010-2014).
