Shikeen Halibullah

Shikeen Halibullah is a Global HR Leader currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Shell Malaysia. They have extensive international experience in HR strategy, change management, and corporate governance across various countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Shikeen co-founded Fugee School, which successfully educated over 500 refugee children, reflecting their commitment to social impact. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The University of Queensland and an MSc in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology from UCL, where they graduated with distinction.
