Shweta Patni

Shweta Patni has a robust professional background in human resources and benefits management, with experience spanning over a decade. From August 2006 to October 2010, Shweta held the position of Assistant Manager at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. Subsequently, Shweta worked at Shell from November 2010 to September 2018, advancing through various roles including Policy and Benefits Advisor India, Policy and Pensions Advisor, Benefits Analyst, HR Associate, HR Advisor, and Senior HR Advisor. Shweta holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Delhi School of Social Work, obtained between 2004 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Kanoria College, completed from 2001 to 2004.
