Sid Johnston is a seasoned Global Transformation Executive and Project Management Leader with extensive experience in driving multi-billion dollar projects and strategic operations across international markets. They began their career at Shell Oil Company, where they held various leadership roles, including Major Projects Organization Static Equipment Discipline Team Lead and Maintenance Manager. Sid's notable achievements include leading the Olympus TLP project and overseeing the $3 billion Polyethylene Project, showcasing their ability to manage large teams and complex engineering challenges. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University and a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
