They have accumulated 27 years of experience in Conventional Oil and Gas projects, primarily in key management and leadership roles, with a diverse background in engineering. Simon's extensive experience includes Brownfield, Greenfield, and Decommissioning projects, and they have been acknowledged for their strategic and operational leadership. Currently, Simon holds the position of Portfolio Project Director at the Nyhamna gas plant, where they are responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects that enhance the plant's safety, integrity, and efficiency.
