Simone David

Simone David has extensive experience in finance and taxation, beginning as a Tax Senior at Ernst and Young from January 2001 to November 2003. Following this role, Simone worked as a Finance Advisor - Tax and Compliance at BHP Billiton from November 2003 to June 2006, before advancing to the position of Regional Tax Manager - English Caribbean and later Chief Financial Officer for the Trinidad Business Unit at Repsol from November 2011 to August 2018. Simone continued as Chief Financial Officer for the Colombia Business Unit at Repsol from August 2018 to October 2019, and most recently served as Country Controller and Finance Manager at Shell from November 2019 to January 2023.
