Siong Hoe Ong is a seasoned Upstream Benchmarking Advisor with extensive experience in hydrocarbon allocation and production support. They served as a Senior Production Support Engineer and later as a Senior HCA Engineer at Shell, focusing on optimization and well management in Malaysia's deepwater fields. Siong Hoe is recognized as a global subject matter expert in Performance Hydrocarbon and Energy Accounting, leading teams and facilitating knowledge in energy components. They graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, First-Class Honours, from the National University of Malaysia.
