Smitha Lobo

Smitha Lobo, PMP, is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Digital and IT Operations for Mobility Europe and South America at Shell, a position held since September 2016. Prior to this role, Smitha worked at Unilever as the Global IT Transformation Change Manager and at ANZ in various capacities, including Manager of IT Change Management and Business Analyst. Smitha began the career at Thomson Reuters as a Learning Consultant and previously held a team leader role at Thomson Financial. Smitha holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from RMIT University, completed in 2010.
