Soudki Atassi

Soudki Atassi is an energy sector enthusiast with extensive experience across the energy value chain, particularly in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. They have successfully led and managed numerous projects in oil and gas, power, water, and renewable energy, raising over US$ 4 billion in debt financing and placing over US$ 1 billion in equity investment. Soudki previously held roles at Halliburton, ACWA Power, and Shell, where they honed their expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and stakeholder management. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from McGill University, along with additional studies in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi.
