Srividhya Harisankar

Srividhya Harisankar is a Chartered Accountant and company secretary with extensive experience in international financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and digitalization. They have held various roles at Shell, including Senior Team Manager of Statutory Reporting, leading financial reporting for multiple global subsidiaries. Prior to Shell, Srividhya worked at Citi and Ashok Leyland, focusing on internal controls and corporate consolidation. They also served as a Manager at LeapRidge Advisors LLP, managing GAAP transitions and financial assessments. Srividhya holds degrees from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with a diploma from ACCA in International Financial Reporting.
