Stela Pepa is currently serving as the Planning Lead at Shell Kuwait Exploration & Production B.V. They have amassed extensive experience in environmental management and corporate social responsibility, including roles as Environmental & CSR Manager at Titan, Antea Cement Sh.A from 2016 to 2019, and as General Manager at GAEA Sh.p.k from 2015 to 2019. Stela's prior positions include Senior Development Planner and Environmental Lead at Shell from 2019 to 2021, as well as Environmental Manager at Titan from 2013 to 2016. Stela holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Ecology from Universiteti Bujqësor i Tiranës and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Universiteti i Tiranës.
