Stephan Vlieland

Stephan Vlieland is a highly experienced professional in Agile coaching, currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach and Line Manager at Shell's Lean Agile Practice since March 2019. In this role, Stephan focuses on supporting individuals and teams to meet business needs while promoting a growth mindset. Additional responsibilities include leading Agile initiatives in the Netherlands for Digital Engineering and fostering an Agile Community within Downstream IT. Previously, Stephan held various roles, including Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org and Engagement Lead/Senior Consultant at Prowareness, providing guidance and coaching for agile transformations.
