Stéphane Picarle is a seasoned global executive with extensive experience in the energy and natural resources sectors. They served as Managing Director for Shell's solar power project in Trinidad & Tobago from 2019 to 2024, overseeing the country's first industrial-scale renewable energy initiative. Earlier roles included positions as Business Developer for LNG Africa and General Manager for Exploration Europe, where they contributed significantly to Shell's upstream growth. Stéphane holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Sorbonne University and a Master's in Oil and Gas Process Engineering from IFP School. Currently, they are the Executive Director and Board Member of AMCHAM T&T.
