Stephen Baxter possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly with Shell, where roles have included Trading Service and Operations Manager, Mobility Americas Information Digital & Technology Manager, and IT Manager Logistics since January 2007. Baxter has a strong focus on optimizing business value through innovative IT solutions, relationship management, and integrated business strategies. Significant achievements include leading the cutover and transition for the Shell Trading Blueprint Program, managing a $40 million budget for the US Fuels business, and delivering ERP Finance capabilities across the Downstream sector.
