Steve Levy

Steve Levy has extensive experience in mechanical and materials engineering, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Mechanical, Materials, and Integrity Lead at Shell since March 2002, Steve has directed static equipment, piping, and materials engineering for major projects in Southeast Asia. Previous roles at Shell include Principal Mechanical Static Equipment Engineer and Mechanical Static Design Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing static equipment, piping, and tanks for various upstream and downstream projects in North America. Steve began his career as a Plant Engineer at Deer Park Refinery and transitioned to roles at Motiva Enterprises LLC and Shell, focusing on pressure equipment and providing technical assurance for critical systems. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
